1. The aims and objects of the Social Service Guild are as follows
(a) To grant stipends to the poor and meritorious students of the college.
(b) To form voluntry corps for rendering help to the sick and destitude during festivals such as Car Festivals and at the time of flood and other natural calamities.
2. The Guild shall be managed by an Executive Committee consisting of the following members :
(a) President - Principal (Ex-Officio)
(b) Vice-President to be nominated by the Prinicpal from among the members of the teaching staff.
(c) Secretary to be elected by the Students.
(d) Assistant Secretary - To be Elected by the Students.
(e) One class representative from each class
3. Function :- the Executive Committee will recommend to the Principal of the college the names of the poor and deserving students who would receive stipend / assitance from the fund of Social Service guild.
4. The Principal shall be the Final authority in all matters relating to the guild.
